Ravioli in Almond Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ravioli-type pasta, cooked al dente
  • 3 large tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 1/3 cup toasted and crushed almonds
  • 2 tbsp. of Constanza Complete Seasoning dissolved in ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 4 large tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Sautee the onion in the butter for 3 minutes, add the almonds and the hot water with the Constanza Complete Seasoning, pour in the evaporated milk, mix and cook at low heat until the desired consistency is obtained. Add the ravioli al dente, mix and serve with the Parmesan cheese on top.
