Shrimp with Garlic
- 2 lbs. fresh shrimp
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Constanza Garlic Paste
- ¼ cup smooth parsley, minced
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over high heat, add the butter and oil. Sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes, add the Constanza Garlic Paste and mix well. Add the parsley, mix for a few moments and remove from the heat. Drizzle with lemon and serve immediately.
