Spaghetti al aglio e olio
- 1 pack Spaghetti
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. of Constanza Garlic Paste
- 8 anchovy fillets, minced (optional)
- Parsley and hot chili flakes to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, place the oil in a large skillet and heat well. Add the Constanza Garlic Paste, anchovies, parsley and hot chili pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
When the pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet. Bring to high heat and adjust the salt. Divide into plates and add Parmesan cheese.
